Petit clouds products can be returned / exchanged for a full refund/alternate product anytime within 24 days of product delivery to customers address. 
We initiate your money refund / exchange within 7 days of receiving back the returned products - no questions asked ! 
We call this our “ Buy Happy 24/7” customer policy !
For refund requests initiated within 7 days - A direct bank account transfer would be initiated within 10 days of receiving the returned products. 
In case of payment by credit card, a reversal would be initiated into the same card within 10 days post which the issuing cards bank could take a few days for the amount to be processed. 
For COD orders please remember to mention your bank account number/IFSC code/bank name and address information on the contact us form while raising your request for product pick up for returning.

For refund requests received from 8-24 days after product delivery - A full amount store credit would be issued. This store credit can be used site-wide for any product and would have a expiry of 180 days from date of issuance.

1. We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.Your items must be unused, unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact.
