Shipping Guide

Within India – We offer free shipping for all orders over ₹3,000 within India. For all orders less than ₹3000 a flat shipping and handling fee of  ₹150 - ₹190 is applicable depending on order value. We do not charge any additional fee for offering C.O.D across India (cash on delivery) 

International – For international orders there is a shipping charge based on the products and country the goods need to be sent to. Different countries have varying customs / duty costs and recipient would need to  need to pay the same as per the regulations of country applicable. This would only be paid directly to relevant authorities on demand, post shipping. Please note we do not offer refunds for international orders due to logistics. We currently ship to Singapore, U.A.E, USA, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia & Canada.  

Shipping Time
Petit Clouds operates on a fast shipping model so you can get your favourite products as soon as possible. 100% of our website portfolio products are ready for shipping and are sent out same/next day basis. 

Within Delhi NCR : Next day delivery post order day. 
All Metros:             1-3 business days for the courier to be delivered
Rest of India :        2-4 business days for the courier to be delivered
International:         4-10 business days.

We would send out a tracking information link post order despatch.
